OK, so it sounds unbelievable that a place in a former fishing village could capture your imagination and make an unexpected “how could I have found this” feeling. Well, sometimes this happens… Agrio and his family invested a great deal of money in this villa. The property is magnificent, the pool perfect, the outdoor living area well done, and the outdoor kitchen with gas grill and oven make a cook smile.  Everything was clean. Love this villa, the village of Panormo, and the easy drive to many sites in Western Crete.

This is a perfect place for families with children. It’s next to the beach and yet super quiet to sleep at night. The villa is clean and with a private pool. Even thought it has a neighboring villa, they are nealy designed in a way that guests can have perfect privacy. Panormo proved to be a good base in the middle of Crete to explore a lot of sites. It is also full of culinary offers – the most fresh and tasty seafood at incredibly cheap prices compared with e.g. Chania. There are a lot of water toys for our 3-year old son, and many towels for both showering and sunbathing. There was a mid-week cleaning which was a nice surprise for us. We arrived rather late, at almost 11 p.m. and received a warm welcome and a welcome basket full of goodies. The owner was quick in response to all our inquiries. We really felt pampered. We will definitely be back! Thank you Argiro for provding an amazing home for us in Crete.

This autumn we really enjoyed our holidays in Crete, staying in this villa. We received a warm welcome from our hosts and this property was elegant, made us feel like home. We were looking for privacy and after a couple of days here, we were already sure about our choice. Panormo is a coroful village full of kind people. We visited their bakery and one of the taverns. Weather was great those days, sunny and hot, so we went for swimming again and again in the beach right beside the villa. Truly amazing vacation! Privacy next to the sea…

We are 3 couples who visited this villa for two weeks from 4th June 2016. We loved the villa as soon as we walked in.There was plenty of room for us all and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The outside space with pool was very spacious and we enjoyed lots of sun and relaxation. The villa is well situated being only a 5 minute walk to all restaurants and bars in Panormos.I would not hesitate to book this villa again.

A really comfortable villa with all mod cons. It is in excellent condition and there is attention to detail so that it feels home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also an external BarBQ so that we cooked most meals at the villa. Even the knives were sharp! (a rarity in holiday accommodation). We loved our stay in Villa Levanda. It is such a lovely villa, really well designed, spacious and clean. The outside seating area has beautiful views down to the sea ad the furniture is all to a really nice spec making sitting and lying by the pool all the more enjoyable! 2 cleans a week was just great too!The best thing about the villa is it’s location, we stayed for a fortnight and didn’t even need to rent a car, everything is on your door step and then taxis are accessible or lots of local excursion companies. You’re so close to the sea, the local shops and restaurants, it just made the whole experienced so relaxing. Argiro and Rena were so welcoming and so helpful. My son needed to go to hospital during the stay and they could not have been more supportive. I really hope we can return to Villa Levanda in the future, it really was the perfect holiday. Thank you!

Very recommendable villa in Crete. Fantastic host.

This is the perfect villa, for a holiday in Crete. It has a great swimming pool, it’s really comfortable with lots of lovely homely touches .it is moments from a brilliant beach and a lovely friendly village. Agriro is a generous and helpful host starting with a basket of provisions including homemade chocolate cake. We really hope to back.
